Research Skills in Contemporary Health Environment- myassignmenthelp

Question: Write about theResearch Skills in Contemporary Health Environment. Answer: Research plan The fertility rates in women are facing different challenges. Different complex conditions are arising in the issue of fertility of women. The aim of the research proposal is to identify the technique of IVF and how can it be used in a very strategic way to prevent the infertility at different cases. Infertility is majorly stuck with the women who undergo radiation and chemotherapies during cancer treatment (Fauser et al, 2014). It has already been found that women after the chemotherapies find more difficulty in getting pregnant than the normal women with fertility issues. The following research will aim to find if freezing of the IVF embryos can be suitable to increase the ovulation and can treat wide variety of fertility cases in women (Rienzi, Iussig Ubaldi, 2017). IVF finds many difficulties and needs variety of research. The issues that can be included here are the increase in ovulation among the cancer survival women and the decrease in the miscarriage rates. The research plan will be made by first undertaking a pivot study in how delay in attachment of the embryos to mothers womb can be effective in increasing the ovulation rate more than the control case when the embryos were attached faster. Best practice and management in quality of the practice will hugely impact the success of the research study. The research study will be investigation study. The study design will be supportive more with the qualitative study. The data will be collected on the basis of evidence based study. The data collected will be primary data. The research will be undertaken through a series of questionnaires from the patients who have received the treatments from the freeze in the embryo attachment during IVF. The major factor that influences the health care is the regular investigation and survey of any research method that is implicated in a field. Thus this pivot study on the health environment of the ovulation rates in IVF will be very effective. In context of the physical and emotional support needs the team of members that will carry out the research on the fertility issue must be very compassionate to ask all the items of questions. Few of the questions can do harm to the emotions of some women who are infertile and have not responded the particular research application. The individual clients perceptions might affect. Some of the clients might feel they have been asked with personal questions and they might not respond with free. Specially, the clients of middle age could be having some close minded perceptions. In the terms of the research work, it should be carried in such a way that it might not breech the ethical issues, might understand the mental condition of the clients who are being asked. The socio economic rules are to be considered while carrying out the research work. In some cultures the women and men mixing are not free. There will be aggregate of people with different cultures, income, social cohesion, collective efficiency. Thus the team members must be culturally competent during the question sessions with the different groups of people. In case the patient herself not free to talk about the issues then her other members in the family could be interrogated. Literature review The research is carried out to find if delay in embryo attachment be more effective in increasing the ovulation of patients with different clinical fertility conditions. It has already been found that women undergoing IVF who have high levels of progesterone, when their eggs were retrieved had more benefit with the resulting frozen embryos. The egg is to be transferred back to the uterus at a late date. It is already known that IVF which is the invitro fertilization technique is the process which includes the injections of the reproductive hormones can stimulate multiple egg formation. IVF can be made in petridish of the laboratory and the synthetic embryos when synthesized will be injected into women (Reed,et al 2015). New research method includes the transfer back to mothers uterus can be done at a very later stage in the subsequent hormonal cycle. The following reaserch program will make survey and answer the question if the frozen embryo transfer will be more effective than the f resh embryo transfer and can increase the critical case of increasing the ovulation of cancer survival women (Shavit et al, 2015). They have done research and found that the speculations that freezing embryos and waiting them to be transferred during different cycle will give aN opportunity for progesterone and other hormones to fall to levels. This condition will make it susceptible for the hospitality of the implantation to be more effective. The database the researchers used for this included the information about the implantation rates and to which IVF cycle led to pregnancies lasting long enough for the patients (Irani, et al, 2015). The method by which research is done through the investigation study is to see if the assessment in the research aim will be fruitful. The research will be carried on through survey techniques that will ask a set of short questions to come to a conclusion of how the freeze method in embryo transfer be effective in inducing ovulation (Roque et al, 2015). The questions will be asked on the health conditions and their success story of pregnancy. The following study will be qualitative study will determine the quality of the freezing technique used in IVF. The quality will be declared superior if at all there will be some percent rise in the fertility issue of the cancer survival women. The primary data will then be statistically analyzed to come to a conclusion (George et al, 2016). The ethical and cultural awareness should be there among the team members who are going to carry out the research plan. As it is already known there is a wide diversity among the people on the basis of culture, beliefs and ethics. The research should be carried out in such a way that they can respect all the personal beliefs of the person. Such will make the research plan very effective. The cultural competence and realization of cultural identity are mainly to be maintained while carrying out the survey project (Li et al, 2016. The type of data will be primary data. This means the data is to be collected from the clients having the experience with the new method used in the new methodology used in the IVF. The data are to be collected with clients of different fertility conditions. This will help to find in which condition will this technique be more faithful and the ones that are not effective at all. The main barriers in the research are the ethical issues among different people. Some of the clients will not be free enough to answer all the questions being asked in the interview. Fertility matter is always a sensitive issue in the women or in the family members. It is also a matter of emotions, so the survey must be done carefully with compassion only after understanding the cognitive states of the clients. The results suggested that the following methods were more effective among the normal women who had fertility problems than those women who has recently survived chemotherapies. The results also concluded that this method will also be helpful to detect the anomalies in the chromosomal and genes which can be used for the early diagnosis of the rare genetic diseases. The survey that were carried out showed that about 59% of the embryos performed with the frozen led had success while the 40% only showed success rate in pregnancy by only using fresh transfers (Meng et al, 2015). The validity, efficiency and cost effectiveness if judged from the research, it can be found that the research lacks the methods that can be used in the improvements of the ovulation for the cancer survival patients. The ongoing research has help in infusing the encouragement that the technique if refined further could help in the ovulation of almost all the women with different conditions (Barahona et al, 2015) Role play and simulations The following research has helped in the finding that the freezing technique used in the IVF could be useful in increasing ovulation of the women. May be in future it can be more effective in increasing the ovulation in cancer survival women. The past research findings have already mentioned that future of the IVF can make more success stories treating a wide variety of disorders related to ovulation. The nursing research methodologies that was used is the pivot study done by a group of expert nurses. The ethical issues that were considered like the confidentiality, duty of care, public liability, cultural and religious consideration, support of ideas of the clients, individual clients beliefs and the needs of families or significant others. The limitation in the study was the quality improvement evaluation. The data was collected by interviews in asking different questions. It was analysed statistically to come to a conclusion. A team of expert nurses and physicians were involved in this collection. There are areas with find if IVF could lead ovarian or breast in the women. Further researches are required in the areas.
